This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies (we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking scripts). When you choose to book an appointment, you are taken to Google Calendar, which processes scheduling information under Google's privacy policy:
Google Calendar is linked rather than embedded, so Google scheduling code does not load until you choose to visit the booking page. Google may use cookies or similar technologies on its own service. You can manage those cookies through Google's controls and your browser settings.
Maria is an AI assistant. When you open the chat, the assistant loads from our Contabo-hosted service. Your browser uses session storage to maintain your conversation. Messages are stored on our server and sent through OpenRouter to the selected AI model provider, currently OpenAI, to generate replies. Contact details you choose to submit and the associated conversation are saved for our team to review.
The chat database is configured to remove conversations and associated inquiries 90 days after a conversation starts. Infrastructure backups and provider records may follow their own retention schedules. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in chat. You can use the booking link without chatting.
If you explicitly opt in, we may collect and store communications data including message content, timestamps, delivery status, call metadata, and AI-generated responses.
Clients using our platform to message their own contacts are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent.
When you book an appointment, Google Calendar sends transactional confirmation, invitation, update, and reminder emails needed to manage that appointment. Marketing email or SMS messages are sent only if you separately provide the required consent.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers strictly to operate our services, including appointment scheduling and video conferencing (Google Calendar and Google Meet), messaging delivery, and AI infrastructure providers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services (such as customer service, SMS delivery, CRM, or infrastructure providers) is permitted.
All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is never shared with third parties.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data. Information is retained only as long as necessary for business, legal, and compliance purposes.
