You sent the quote. Keep the next step clear.

Good estimates deserve a follow-up.

You already took the call, looked at the job and sent a price. We help you follow up with a useful reminder so customers can ask a question, make a decision or tell you they are no longer interested.

01

Make the reminder useful

A good reminder makes it easy to ask about the quote or request a callback. It should sound like your business and refer to the work the customer actually asked about.

You approve the wording and timing. We do not invent discounts, change your quote or pressure the customer with a false deadline.

02

Know when to stop

A person who has accepted, declined or asked you to stop should not keep getting the same reminder. Replies go to the person responsible for the estimate.

We agree which estimates qualify, where their status is recorded and how replies, opt-outs and booked work stop further messages. Those paths are checked before launch.

03

Use the estimates you already have

This is useful for service businesses with open quotes that sit without a clear next action. Older estimates may need a different message because pricing or availability may have changed.

We review your records and communication permissions before choosing which customers to contact. A follow-up helps reopen the conversation; your team confirms whether the quote is still valid.

04

Measure conversations and accepted work

Start by counting open estimates, replies and accepted jobs. Compare those same numbers after the agreed follow-up is running.

That tells you whether the work is helping. We do not publish an improvement percentage without real results to support it.

Estimate follow-up questions

What does estimate follow-up cost?

Recover Lost Leads starts at $1,500 setup plus $297 per month and includes estimate follow-up, old-lead review, reply tracking and an appointment path. The right plan depends on whether you also need new-lead capture or other services. See plan details.

Can you use my existing customer records?

We review how you store estimates and whether the required information can be connected or provided. We confirm compatibility and any record cleanup before setup.

Who answers customer questions?

Your team handles pricing changes, technical decisions and unusual requests. Any automated answers are limited to information and wording you approve.

Can it follow up without annoying people?

We agree on a limited reminder schedule, relevant wording and clear stop rules. Customers who reply, decline or opt out need the appropriate next step instead of repeated reminders.
